Koko Taylor & Her Blues Machine

Fri, 25. Apr 1986, 7 PM | BLUES NIGHT

Gundelicasino, Basel

In 1986, Koko Taylor, Queen of the Blues, was the number one female blues singer with her powerful, raging and pounding sound. She first performed in small clubs in Chicago. Her performances on large festival stages and in live broadcasts in and outside of the US made her famous.

Albert Collins’ live performances are legendary. He commanded the stage and seemed to be everywhere at once. He underlined his playing with the best physical presence in the blues scene.
