Data privacy declaration for the use of Facebook plugins (“Like” button)

Plugins for the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated in our pages. You can identify the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This informs Facebook that you have visited our page via your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like” button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to assign the visit to our pages to your user account. Please note that, as provider of the pages, we are not notified of the content of the data transferred and its use by Facebook. You will find further information about this on Facebook’s data policy page at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/
If you do not want Facebook to assign your visit to our pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Functions of the Twitter service are integrated on our pages. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using Twitter and the “Re-Tweet” function, the websites you have visited are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. Among other things, details such as IP address, browser type, domains accessed, pages visited, mobile providers, device and application IDs and search terms are transferred to Twitter.
Please note that, as provider of the pages, we are not notified of the content of the data transferred and its use by Twitter. Due to ongoing updates of Twitter's data privacy policy, we refer you to the latest version at  (http://twitter.com/privacy).

Data privacy declaration for using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”) Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the USA. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address is shortened in advance within European Union member states or other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and then shortened there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for website operators, and to provide other services related to website usage and Internet usage. Google will also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. The IP address transferred from your browser under Google Analytics is not combined with other data by Google. You may refuse the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Data privacy declaration for using Google +1

You can use Google +1 to publish information worldwide. Using the Google +1 interface, you and other users can receive personalised content from Google and its partners. Google stores the information you have entered for +1 content plus the information on the page you viewed by clicking on +1. Your +1’s can be shown as recommendations or reminders together with your profile name and photo in Google services such as search results or in your Google profile, or on other websites and Internet content. Goodle records information on your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others.
To use the Google +1 interface, you need a globally visible, public Google profile that must contain at least the name selected for the profile. This name is used across all Google services. In some cases this name can also replace another name which you have used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown to users who know your e-mail address or have other identifying information on you.
In addition to the above usage purposes, the information you provide is used in compliance with the applicable Google data privacy policy (http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy). Google publishes statistics compiled on the user’s +1 activities or passes these statistics on to other users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or affiliated websites.
