Due to unforeseen circumstances, Erykah Badu has had to bring forward her concert at the Baloise Session from 27 October to 15 October. The concert evening on 15 October will still open with the performance by Max Herre & Joy Denalane. All tickets already purchased remain valid.
Erykah Badu comes from Dallas, Texas, Max Herre from Stuttgart, and Joy Denalane from Berlin. Badu brought neo-soul to the fore in the 1990s – wild, contemporary and unpredictable. Herre and Denalane brought together soul, rap, German lyrics and their own love story. «Magic Souls» takes us all the way from «Baduizm» to Freundeskreis and «Mamani», via «Mit Dir» and «Alles Liebe» to Basel On the one hand, a high priestess; on the other, a couple that found each other, lost each other and found each other again. A dream line-up for an evening full of soulful music. And a little magic to whisk you on your way to soul wonderland.
