Both play piano: the Brit Jacob Collier and the Canadian Tony Ann. Yet their music is diametrically: extroverted in the case of Collier and introspective in the case of Ann. For Jacob Collier all music, his many instruments, the voice and even the audience become part of his performance. He is the best ambassador one could wish for music. «Music is larger than life», he says. That’s certainly true of his music! When Tony Ann sits at the piano, he gives his free rein to his feelings, finding melodies to give tonal expression to love, jealousy or joy. Inspired by classical music, his virtuoso fingers fly over the keys. Impressive!
