Street music and YouTube have much in common: As a teen idol for his generation, Michael Patrick Kelly experienced the rise from busker to superstar. He then spent six years in a monastery, and today is a successful solo artist. And Wincent Weiss, at the start of his career, had to use YouTube to convince fans of the quality of his music before becoming a star. This direct interaction turned both Michael Patrick Kelly and Wincent Weiss into deep-thinking songwriters that favour humility over superstar status, as they both demonstrated in the German reality TV series «Sing meinen Song – Das Tauschkonzert». An evening with songs that tell of life and get right under your skin.
