Faithless
Tue, 10. Nov 2015, 9 PM | INSOMNIA
In 1995 when trip hop had only recently been invented, Faithless burst onto this euphoric scene with the song «Insomnia», redefining the term dancefloor. They continued to do this for the years that followed until they split in 2011. At the beginning of this year, Faithless reinvented their concept and translated their music to the present: Faithless 2.0. It is a dance trip outside the realm of the usual and it is a good thing that we can remain sleepless.
Englishman Pete Lawrie-Winfield was no stranger to sleeplessness when he started composing music for his films, which then led him to found the trio Until The Ribbon Breaks. Their music plays in your head like a film: pure kopfkino.
