Festsaal Messe Basel

Joe Cocker made his breakthrough in 1967 at the Woodstock Festival with his powerful and ecstatic version of the Beatle’s song: “With a Little Help from My Friends”. In contrast to most of Woodstock’s stars, Joe Cocker remains successful almost four decades later. Interpreting other artists’ songs has always been his strength. On his new album, “Hymn for My Soul” Joe Cocker shines again with brilliant covers.

Opening the show is celebrated Canadian singer Holly Cole.  Long before Norah Jones came onto the scene, Holly Cole began enthralling audiences with her own elegant mix of pop and jazz.
