The Dixie Hummingbirds

Founded in 1928 by James B. Davis in Greenville, South Carolina, the «Birds», as the group is lovingly called, is considered to be the best male ensemble of traditional gospel with an incomparable, diverse repertoire, and with originality and harmony. It took 58 years at the pinnacle of the gospel scene and countless tours in the US to add up to a trip to Europe.
